The customer would prefer to have their employees access their e-mail only
via webmail so there is less a possibility of having any old e-mail stored
on an employees computer.

Also, I forgot to include that we are using a RAQ550.

An alternative, if your customer is using Outlook and has it set to
leave mail on the server, (which is why old mail is building up), there
is another option in there to "Remove from server after X days"
