We have found that RaQ3/4 will reliably use 768MB, since the Qube3 is the
same hardware, I would use 768MB. The limiting issue is the MB tag memory
size, it could be that the 256K on board cache will help

Try 1GB and look at dmesg and see if it did not limit the memory.
Did you use our instructions to change the core voltage to run the
