[cobalt-users] Very slow pop and ftp access on RAQ3

I have just restore a RAQ 3 and applied all patchs without errors. 
Everything works fine, but,
ssh, pop, and ftp are very, very slow
i am configuring this server with the 'real' ip on a closed network (my 
hosting company is 100 miles from my office, so
i wish to configure it like if it were on my isp datacenter, so i could 
deliver it and plug it directly to be usable).

Is it slow because off some sort of reverse dns lookup ?, or will it be 
very slow when i will move it to my hosting company ?
