Is this site still updating?
The last RAQ 550 updates are from january 2003.
I was hoping there is an new update (pkg format) for openwebmail, 
phpmyadmin, php, mysql etc
But this site doesend update anymore.

Is there an other option to get (free) updates of these files without 
problems?

There aren't really any free packages, but a lot of people have put
together free how tos ... you can find them by searching the archive.
