  Well, after I sent the message, I realized that we have only installed
  it on several RaQ550s with single drives
  So I guess raid sync would not be an issue ;)

I tried it on my RaQ4R turned RaQ 550, and did not have any problems.
Nothing
strange, and it is fully upto date with all patches, and lots of 3rd party
apps.
