The standard hard disks are 20.4 GB seagate drives running at 5400 RPM.
When replacing the drives you should replace with a 5400 RPM and not a 7200
RPM drive as this does 2 things

1. keeps the heat down in the server
2. does not put any extra load on the power supply which is not really up to
running 2x7200 RPM drives (I know some people do)

Before doing anything do a full backup if you can!!

On a RAQ4r you should replace with a drive of the same capacity, you can use
a larger capacity but it is just a waste if you keep the other drive as 20
GB.
Remove the faulty drive and make sure the remaining drive is on the right
side when looking from the front of the machine, this is the primary drive.
Do a test boot with the single drive to make sure all is well.
Fit the new drive in the left side (secondary) make sure it is set as master
and is unitialized.
Boot the box and it should mirror the disks (the could take a long time) the
server will be a little slower whilst this is going on.

Go get a cold beer or some sleep and check on the server in the morning! oh
and cross you fingers <smile>
As far as I know these instructions are correct, as usual use them at your
own risk and your house could be at risk if you don't keep up payments etc
etc etc....
