The free version of Arkeia does not support disk backup - only tape. Are
you using the full commercial version (or its trial) or the free
version. The trial of the commercial version includes support, and
Arkeia are very helpful so it might be worth giving them a try. 

We normally use Dantz Retrospect to backup our Qubes & Raqs, as it is
efficient, cross platform, reliable & easy to administer.

Does anyone use Knox Arkeia to backup their Raqs and save the data on
hard drives instead of Tapes?  I want to use hard drives but cannot seem
to get the Knox software to save to a file on a hard drive without it
asking for a tape.
