Use my PHPMyAdmin ... it is the almost the newest, if not.  Just updated
like a couple of weeks ago or so.  When you log on, you log on as the user
in MySQL.  That way, you create users, and assign them specific rights for
MySQL, instead of letting them go hog wild!
