What can break?
DNS: The RAQ system is anything but standard and adds a separate master for
every hostname. If you start following normal BIND procedures this could
lead to problems
Sites: If you remove them via webmin the cobalt thing will get rather upset.
There are other things you need to keep an eye out for. If it's tightly
integrated into the RAQ then you should tread carefully
By installing webmin you can gain easy access to a lot of features that the
Cobalt hides.

Virtually every time this thread surfaces, someone either says that Webmin
breaks the GUI or vice versa....but noone ever posts,to my recall, an
authoritative list of what gets broken in webmin by the cobalt gui or vice
versa.
Nor do I recall anyone saying that with webmin you can install muckmail
for mailing lists and it doesn't interfere with the gui calling majordomo.
So, perhaps rather than referencing the "RAQ *cough* control panel", you
could be a bit more specific about the plusses and negatives of webmin,
from a sysadmin and user viewpoint.

I'm posting to a list, so privacy statements doin't make any sense.
