That's why I asked if you've tried adding the site with the Cobalt
Shell tools. It might help you eliminate the GUI as the source of the
problem. If it works, then your customer's site will be added and you
can continue to troubleshoot the problem without the stress.
Any more ideas on how to fix this.
Try the shell tools.
