I use openwebmail 1.81 and the notify script was not wokring on my raq4.

With some help of the list I put this line for cron, it executes the script
once an hour and it works fine:

0 * * * * /home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl -n -a -q
>/dev/null 2>&1
