Here's the scoop so far:
A few customers are having problems connecting via ftp to one of my servers.
They can connect and get authorized, but as soon as that happens, they get
"Connect reset by peer". I had them try connecting with a different username
and pass and they were successful.
I've had them try both passive and active and also had them check "Don't
cache directory listings" but still no luck with there original
username/pass. They are on static ip's which resolve without problem. This
has got to be something internal, but I have no clue because nothing has
changed on the server regarding FTP access or user config. One thing to note
is that I've had ALL firewall rules removed in order to troubleshoot, but
the problem still exists. Any help or insight would save my sanity.
Thanks,
Rich
