Hi Andy,
This is not hard to do at all. All of the files are stored in a directory
that you can simply move to the new server.
The cert directory is /home/sites/site??/certs
Once you move the site in question, enable SSL, reboot the box and it
should/will work. Make sure that all of the "SSL Settings" for the domain
are still the same (IP Address doesn't matter at all).
You can simply restart http to start using the SSL settings, although I
recommend a cold Reboot of the server itself.
Restart http: /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
Cold Reboot: shutdown -r now
Both commands require you to be user root.
