HA! One I can answer :)
Is this a RAQ4? I just finished restoring the postgres database for a
similar issue. First thing to try is the meta-verify scripts. ssh into
the machine and su - to root, then run:
meta-verify -si
meta-verify -sa
meta-verify -ui
meta-verify -ua
That might fix it, but if not, you may have to restore the DB totally.
