[cobalt-users] Raq XTR: Can't create new user

Greetings

The other day I was asked to create a new user on our Cobalt RaQ XTR. I 
used the GUI to create a user has I have often done in the past. However 
this time after creating the user sendmail stopped accepting messages 
for the other users on the system -- no such user -- was the error 
message. As soon as I deleted this new user sendmail started behaving 
properly.  If I create a user on a different virutal site all is well.

This sounds like a vitural site limit issue, but I can't seem to pin it 
down.  This system has five virtual sites of which only two are active. 
The site in question has 32 users with a limit of 100. The space limits 
are no were near being reached.

Any thoughts on what might be happening here?
