My recollection is that fixsite.pl is necessary to repair the sites, and
then it's possible that there's an aliasrestore file to make the aliases
appear again.  But I'm not sure, and I certainly wouldn't bet the box on
my memory.  Why don't you search the list archives?

(Or wait a day, and Dan will probably post a one-liner referenceing the
exact post <smile>.)
