We noticed a definite issue with the AWSTATS finishing it's work when using
the cron.daily app. We created a new cron, called it cron.8oclock to make
the stats run later then the daily did. We also had some other extra scripts
running at the 4AM hour and moved them to different times to help take the
load of of the 4 AM cron.
