[cobalt-users] awstats.www Config File problem?

Yesterday I installed the nuonce.net .pkg for awstats v5.5 (No previous
awstats on this server just webalizer) and it seamed to run and make all the
directories and files, but when you type www.domainname.net/awstats
(Replaced real domain name here for example) this is the error I get...

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.www.domainname.net.conf" nor
"awstats.conf" : No such file or directory

Setup (Config file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.

See AWStats documentation in 'docs' directory for informations on how to
setup awstats.

I looked at the perl code and it appears to be looking for a config file at
/etc/awstats/awstats.www.domainname.net.conf and this file does exist
(Belongs to root as well) for some reason it appears that awstats.pl can not
access this config file but for the life of me I can not figure out why?
anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?
