[cobalt-users] java processes

Hi,

I have a  lot of java processes (+/- 280) running on a raq550. There 
are allot of sites configured on this server (100+). I don't know how 
manny sites use java but sureley a couple. Is  this number of java 
instances normal?

The processes look like this:

 9111 ?        S      0:00 
/usr/java/jdk1.3/bin/i386/native_threads/java -Djava.security.manager 
-Djava.security.policy==/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat/conf/tomcat.policy 
-Dtomcat.home=/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat org.apache.tomcat.startup.Tomcat

I've looked through the tomcat logs nothing strange as far as I can see.
