Have you tried removing the sales alias saving changes then adding it
back in? Then double-check the, (I think), /etc/mail/virtuusertable
There should be an entry:
sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx sales-c3w
Also, be sure you have cellular3w.com as an email alias in the site
settings for the domain.
