Damn sexist Admins :-) What about hers?
To be honest, if you try to upgrade via the RPMS from MySQL.COM, you will
run into a problem. I know I had a lot of issues with 4.0.12. I had gone
to compile PHP, and it did it just fine, but then when I went to restart my
server, all hell broke loose. It would not start, and then searching on
google told me it was the MySQL RPMS that did it. I downloaded the source,
compiled it, and then installed it. That was easy. Redid PHP, and it
worked.
