Yes, but before you clear out the web directory, be sure to turn off the
java, ASP settings for the Vsite.  Then SSH or Telnet into that
/home/sites/www.sitename.com/web directory and remove all the items and
directories.  Be sure to remove and .files that are there too.
Then be sure that there is not the two cnf files that Frontpage creates
in /usr/local/frontpage for the www.sitename.com:443.cnf and
www.sitename.com:80.cnf.  Only delete the files associated with the
domain name.  Do not do a wildcard.

Then return to the GUI and turn thingd on for that domain.
