[cobalt-users] RAQ550 Trouble installing RaQ550-All-Kernel-0.0.1-2.4.19C6_V-1

Hi!
I have the RAQ 550 software running on a RAQ4r.  Everything went fine with
the installation, and is working like a champ!
However when I go to install the C6 Kernel patch, it does not install only
hangs in the GUI.  I went in to telnet as su and ran the following:

wget
http://ftp.cobalt.sun.com/pub/packages/raq550/all/RaQ550-All-Kernel-0.0.1-2.
4.19C6_V-1.pkg

after downloading I run the following
/usr/sausalito/sbin/pkg_prepare.pl  -i -R -f
RaQ550-All-Kernel-0.0.1-2.4.19C6_V-1.pkg

I get the following:
kernel-source package not installed
bwmgmt package not installed

update failed.

Has anyone run into this before?
I have a couple other RAQ 550's (true 550's) and they are perfect.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
