[cobalt-users] RaQ2 Admserv.pm - UserList.html issues

We have a RaQ2 that has been humming along for quite some time with no
issues.. until recently.

First we were getting some errors in our Logcheck emails stating that the
Admserv.pm file was missing (which it was) from
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Cobalt/.. not sure why. We replaced it and all was
fine.

A few days pass and I need to add another site, I start running into all
kinds of strangeness when I try to create a new site:

/user/admserve/html/.cobalt/siteManage/site13/userList.html not found ....
and it was certainly MIA in the GUI. I manually created the file by going to
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteUserList and doing a ./siteUserList.cgi.
Now the user list shows in the GUI and I can create the user.

Another oddity...

When I go to the Site Settings after initially setting up the site the
Hostname box will have the full domain in it, ie: mail.domain.com and then
americanwebhost.net is in the Domain Name box... weird.

It won't setup the Web Usage reports either...

The newest site kinda comes and goes in the main virt site listing....

So it kinda sounds like something with httpd or Perl is borked.. anyone run
into this before? Suggestions for a fix?

Server runs ok otherwise.. existing sites are fine.
