Well, for starters, I began with the Ian's loaded snapshot 5, which I
got off the bottom of the following link:
http://chainreactionweb.com/info/hosting/oscommerce-hosting.php
It's a real nice setup, and it comes with PayPal IPN v.0.96, which works
but doesn't send ANY emails regarding orders (although it does record
them in the system).

So, I upgraded it to 0.971 as this added support for the emails. I
fought it for a while, but eventually got everything working ok. I
posted what I did to get it operational at:
http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?t=33432&postdays=0&postorder=
asc&start=140, under the username rewart01.

I had one issue left, with the format of the emails. Someone came behind
me and posted a fix for it. Just follow my posts and you should find
what you need - I link off to another thread.

Any questions, please feel free to contact me off-list.
