Piss, moan. Everybody happy? Jeeez. I know everyone gets touchy with ad
stuff, but Gerald is a major CONTRIBUTOR to the list - certainly more
than me, and he has saved my butt before. Lighten up guys. Its Sunday -
have a beer and relax.

Looks nice Gerald. While possibly OT, I have been playing with the
OSCommerce for a while on other servers. The biggest issue I had run
across is with the PayPal payment module. If you are not using the
PayPal IPN system, but instead just the regular one, you may encounter
problems..... Didn't run through your setup to see what you are doing
(or if you accept PayPal at all), but figured this was a good general
warning for those looking to play with it...

With the regular PayPal module, when an order is placed and the person
hops to PayPal to pay, the order doesn't show on the OSCommerce system
until the person clicks "Continue" after completeing the PayPal payment.
At this point they are brought back to the site. Unfortunately, like 1/2
the people don't click the continue and bail out when PayPal says the
thing is complete. Result is a payment for an order that didn't get
recorded and you have no idea what to send or to who.

The IPN module sends emails when the pmt is made and the customer is
still at PayPal. Plus it lets you see the status of the payments in
realtime from your store's admin area.

Hope that helps someone..... And for those whose 1/2K of bandwidth I
wasted on the post, I apologize in advance. :)
