forward the received message to the mailing-list address
insert the line "Approved: list_password" (without quotation and of course
your moderation password) in the first line of the forwarded message
followed by a blank line.
Send it

If you are the moderator and want to send it right away then add the line to
your first line in the message.

There seem to be problems doing this with some email clients (especially
Outlook express). Check the following link for a short help how to use OE
