in question:

It also attaches a error log file with it which has this in it:

That simply means your DNS is not responding, so the sending server
can't find you. Have you tried my@xxxxxxxxxxxx and if that works, you'll
know it's a missing A or MX record. Without knowing the real domain
nobody can help.
