RE: [cobalt-users] RAQ4 not receiving any email from outside my router.



Sorry here is the error message that I am receiving with the actual emails in question:

501 5.6.0 Data format error

It also attaches a error log file with it which has this in it:

Please let me know if there is any other information required to troubleshoot this nightmare I am having.

That simply means your DNS is not responding, so the sending server
can't find you. Have you tried my@xxxxxxxxxxxx and if that works, you'll
know it's a missing A or MX record. Without knowing the real domain
nobody can help.
