My Thoughts exactly.
You really want to get Sun's attention so they will listen to you??? Just
become a competitor with a strong customer base (just look around you) and
they will listen.
Next Sun will make a statement that they want to bring in the best of breed
application/hardware etc?. and bring that company in to their happy family
with open arms and <GRINS> on their faces.
Oh and did they mention that they have an EOL policy?? This policy legally
grantees them that the thorn in their side (product) wont be there for long.
I guess the only other way for sun to get the message is when they erode
their customer base away enough that it starts to hit their pocket books.
Ok I am stepping down from my soap box now and wont respond to this treed
again.
