As a one-Qube appliance operator, I don't have a Sun account manager. 
And the VAR (I guess you could call them that) from whom we bought our 
Qube no longer recommends or sells Cobalts. I guess nobody wants to 
hear my input. (My apologies for subjecting the cobalt-users list to 
it...)
