I kill a raq2 (well I can't access it). We recieved an mail that / was full and cron daemon died, reboot. I found the file that filed the / partion ( it was a backup file from a custom backup script) and deleted it and then did /sbin/shutdown -r now. Now the thing boots up but we are unable to access
it at all. A tech at the datacenter said the LCD was displaying the ip
address and then said "none" for the sites. If I go to the datacenter can I access it through a serial cable or crossover cable? Any advise would be appreciated. This raq has 21 domains hosted on it so speed of repair is a
huge issue here. Thanks again.

Take a null modem cable with you and access it through the serial port. You should be able to log in that way.

I believe the settings are 115.2 Kbuad, no parity, no handshake, 8 data, 1 stop bit using Hyperterminal. Use Minicom if you've got a *nix box.
