Cobalt Migration Utility / raqbackup.sh FTP Log Glitch

I successfully ran a test backup to and from my RaQ4 to my RaQ3.

But... I found **No such file or directory** in the raqbackup.sh ftp logs?

I did create the a directory /home/sites/home/users/backup previously on
both machines.

I checked all the backup ftp logs on both machines, the same error message
**No such file or directory** appears. And yet the transfer was successful.

What is going on? Any bright ideas?

Here is a sample error on the output-ftptargetlisting.log:
