I had this problem and my GUI showed Internal Server Error. I had
uninstalled PostgreSQL server by mistake not knowing it's used by the GUI.
I re-installed the server and then rebuilt the database. It could also be
that your PostgreSQL server is fine but the users/sites database got corrupt
and need to be rebuilt.

	Our Raq 4 Gui is not working. www.domain.com/siteadmin shows the left menu
and then just a blank screen.  www.domain.com/admin gives a server
misconfigured error.  When looking at the log I find this.

Anyone else have this problem.  I don't know if all patches have been
applied or not but I'm sure none have today and it failed a little after
4:00 today I guess.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
