OK, it's been a while since I've used the GUI for that. You can edit
/etc/mail/access manually. Just add it near the bottom in the custom
additions section.
218.49.222 [TAB] REJECT
Then run:
makemap hash /etc/mail/access.db < /etc/mail/access
