Anyway, as it looks Sun will continue with the Cobalt "concept" but will
migrate it to the Sun LX50, so you don't need to move clients out of the
Cobalt concept/machines.
I used to know 10 or more server appliances' companies but all of them are
not selling them anymore.
An alternative is go for a Gateway rackmountable intel server and install a
"custom cobalt package" made by you. Or start a project at sourceforge.net
to create one.-

Some of our clients are getting also rumours about cobalt being
discontinued. This morning i got a request wheter we can offer similar
servers with the same ease to use.
So my question is are there any good (standaard) cobalt alternatives.
