Not as solved as I'd initially thought unfortunately. The email for one site
is now appearing in another site's mailbox. The details are below, but
briefly: where I have two sites set up on the same IP address, the first
site gets all of the seconds' email.

Where there is a matching alias present in both sites (using the below
example 'user') the email will go to that account in Site1, where there is
no matching alias (i.e. enquiries) it is picked up by the Site1 catch-all
account.

I've tried running sendmail -bv and get the following:
user(AT)wall-2-wall.com --> deliverable: mailer local, user w2w-user
user(AT)designwall.co.uk --> deliverable: mailer esmtp, host
www.designwall.co.uk., user user(AT)www.designwall.co.uk

Site1 (wall-2-wall.com): 10.10.10.1
--> user: s1-userA (alias user)
--> user: s1-userB (alias @www.wall-2-wall.com)

Site2 (designwall.co.uk): 10.10.10.1
--> user: s2-userA (alias user)
--> user: s2-userB (alias enquiries)
--> user: s2-userC (alias @www.designwall.co.uk)

DNS Records for both sites as follows:
domain.cc in A 10.10.10.1
www.domain.cc in A 10.10.10.1
mail.domain.cc in A 10.10.10.1
domain.cc MX 30 mail.domain.cc

PTR and /etc/hosts
Both point to Site1 (wall-2-wall.com)
