[cobalt-users] Qube-III: empty home-access log

I find that my Apache log file (/etc/httpd/logs/home-access) is being
overwritten or emptied every 15 minutes. See:

The other logs seem to be doing what I'd expect.

I assume this isn't normal. Can anyone help me diagnose this problem (or at
least point me to where the log file content is going if it's being moved
somewhere else).
