Gerald,

Alright this was just staring me in the face and I didn't think anything of
it BUT, I had a a file called "virtusertable.backup.1" and
"virtusertable.backup.2" 

The second file looked to be the most updated file so I backed it up:

cp virtusertable.backup.2 virtusertable.backup.2-05202003

And then did a: 

mv virtusertable.backup.2 virtusertable

And then did a: 

makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable

Then I tried to create an account and I still get hung up on the "email
server alias" part. It will not create them. If I take that part out
(remember this is when I set the account up from the CCE) it will create the
account. Then, I will try to create another account it just fails
immediately!

What else can I do? I guess I have just tapped everyone out LOL ;-)) Man,, I
might have to call Cobalt Support Ughh,, ;-(

 try this again and fix any errors
  makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable
