Todd,

Check your ftp client to see if you have "Passive Mode" OR "Passive
Transfers" ON.. If it is,, turn it OFF ;-) then try it.

I have a few clients complaining about slow ftp and was wandering if someone
could help out.  Please note I tried disabling a firewall and same results.
Any suggestions on what I can do.

Basically.  When they type "ftp clientdomain.com"  they see "connected to
clientdomain.com" and takes a minute or two before it asks them for a
username and pass.
