[cobalt-users] RaqXTR error installing RaQXTR-All-CMU-2.43.pkg Migration Utility

Hi all.
 
I am in the process of migrating a Raq 4 to a Raq XTR,
but can't get the CMU migration utility installed on the Raq XTR.
Installing the package gives:
    There was an error verifying the package file.
    It may be corrupted, or it may not have the
    correct authentication information.
    The software package was not installed.
The md5 checksum is fine.
All other packages / updates install fine.
I have also tried v2.22 of All-CMU with the same error, from both the http site and the ftp sites.
Searched several archives and found a suggestion to download and reinstall the update rpms.
    base-swupdate-capstone-1.0.2-82.noarch.rpm
    base-swupdate-glue-1.0.2-82.noarch.rpm
    base-swupdate-locale-en-1.0.2-82.noarch.rpm
    base-swupdate-ui-1.0.2-82.noarch.rpm
but that did not help either.
 
Any suggestions?
Should I try to manually untar / install the pkg file?
