[cobalt-users] User unknown - local configuration Error! (Solved ) - Relaying denied

Mail is looping back to DNS server instead of going to domain.com server
Following is  error I am getting 
MX list for virutal.site.fqdn. points back to home.site.fqdn 554 5.3.5
<user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Local configuration error

554 5.0.0 MX list for domain.com. points back to ns1.server.com 554 5.3.5 Local
configuration error

I did it in following order
-----------------------------

1/ I Removed local 127.0.0.1 from DNS  In the area of  "Enter the IP address or
addresses of your local domain name server or servers"

2/ I removed www.domain1.com and domain1.com from  "Relay Email From
Hosts/Domains/IP Addresses"  

3/ I added to www.domain1.com and domain1.com "e-mailserver alias field"

Now it starting receiving email, Yes it works after 72 hours of working on one
domain.
