I have a Qube2 in a different data center that assumes the task as my 
secondary mail server.
Set the lowest numerically nameserver as the primary mail server (where you 
actually want the mail delivered. (highest priority)
Set a higher numerically secondary mail server that will catch and forward 
email that the primary could not handle. (lowest priority)
On the secondary mail server, set it up to accept email for the domains it is 
to handle.
That's it!
