Ken was correct on this. I had checked my access file but not
virtusertable and that had one dup entry. Once I fixed that I was able
to uninstall Solarspeed's sendmail, do a force install of the cobalt
RPM, and install 16402 without error. However I got an error wen I
installed 16429. I then decided to run the pkg from the command line to
see if I could see what the problem was and of course it ran fine the
second time (200 Installation successful.) and it sows properly in the
software list page of the GUI, typical cobalt. :)
