Hi List,
I don't know what's happening with my 5 months old 550
I have to reboot this machine every day, and sometimes I just have to
hit the C button, bacause it just hangs.
Nothing works anymore then (no ssh, no web, no nothing)
When I reboot, everything seem to be normal, but looking 1 hour later,
the mem is almost down.
11:27am up 1:16, 1 user, load average: 0.06, 0.02, 0.00
127 processes: 125 sleeping, 2 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 4.9% user, 3.5% system, 0.0% nice, 91.4% idle
Mem: 513948K av, 419836K used, 94112K free, 0K shrd, 0K
buff
Swap: 524536K av, 0K used, 524536K free 190428K cached
I had installed solarspeed's mrtg and security package.
Michael does not know what there is wrong.
Also I had this error :
May 11 11:50:52 ns1 in.qpopper[22693]: error: cannot execute
/usr/sbin/in.qpopper: Too many open files in system May 11 11:51:32 ns1
in.qpopper[22698]: error: cannot execute /usr/sbin/in.qpopper: Too many
open files in system May 11 12:38:08 ns1 in.qpopper[23302]: error:

/usr/sbin/in.qpopper: Too many open files in system May 11 16:05:54 ns1
in.qpopper
I think I have to reboot every 4 hours :(
Anyone has a solution ?
Regards,
