Odd. I received the message back with the apostrophe-containing
part in quotes.
At any rate, it sounds like the problem is OWM converting 0x27 to
an HTML escape sequence when it should not... the conversion
should _only_ be applied when the message is displayed as a
webpage -- _not_ in the input routine.
Sounds like a program bug to me.
