Hello everybody.
I am new to the list.
I have a question for you guys...
I am new with RAQs and stuff, and I require services...
So I contacted a few, solarspeed, raqtweak, some guy I know, and RAQPORT.
About this last company...
I contacted solarspeed first, then raqtweak and raqport.
Mr Stauber from Solarspeed told me that RAQPORT resells in the USA for them.
So I asked Mr Bajan from RAQPORT for a quote and if this is true (the
reselling - I want to know who I am dealing with, I do not care if someone
resells if they provide good service). He simply ignored my question and
gave me a price for a migration. I asked him again. He never replied. I ask
again, I get an invoice of $0.00.
So I send him, "What is this for, and why don't you answer my question?"
I get "Please do not waste my time I do not deal with hotmail email accounts
" in the subject line. I noticed he tends to reply in the subject line to
answer your questions... VERY annoying to read...
But this is just plain rude... I mean, why not deal with me? I have been
using hotmail quite often for a few years now and I also use hotmail since I
broke something installing a sendmail patch....
Has anyone else had issues with RAQPORT?
I also wanted to use them to buy a few RAQs maybe... Has anyone here bought
RAQs for them? How was your experience.
Is there an alternative?
Thank you.
