Does now - there were no allowoverrides created in access.conf - EXCEPT 3 of the 50 sites I imported this morning - ie, the access.conf entries for only 3/50 sites were created by the CMU - I'm not sure why, but I've hard added sites 2 though 500 (optimist, I know).
