Yes, you can use one for each vsite, if you have ip addresses available.
watch that the netmask in Network settings covers them all.
it is preferable to have them on one class of network though.
10.10.1.0 network for example using ip addresses
10.10.1.1 through 10.10.0.253, assuming the gateway is 10.10.1.254
allows you to use 253 IP addresses
10.10.10.0 is the network
10.10.10.254 example gateway
10.10.10.255 Broadcast address
