[cobalt-users] Apache never starts after updating

Hi Cobalt users,


This morning I installed the Apache security patch on my RaQ550.

RaQ550-All-Security-0.0.1-16343
version 1.0, "Apache" Security Update

But after I rebooted it, it seems the Apache server is not running,
because every time I access the website http://(server address)/admin,
I find "The page cannot be displayed".
Could you give me some advice for restart the Apache?

I have a problem here.
I can access by neither telnet nor ssh beause I had closed the ports
for security purpose temporarily.
Is there any other way of restarting the Apache?
