Why would you be changing the SMTP? If you dial into the same ISP all
the time it shouldn't change. If it's that big a problem, IIRC, you can
have SMTP on another port for your customers.

Many ISPs are blocking Port 25 that way, but open proxies are a bigger
problem for them.
